針對4月19日法務部可能再次執行死刑之譴責聲明

    馬英九總統曾於3月8日宣示：「我國在人權保障方面，皆完全依照聯合國標準進行，顯見我國對保障人權的強烈決心及誠意。」更在4月3日國民黨中常會時表示：「如果法律跟兩公約有牴觸的話，兩公約優先適用，所以即使沒有修改，還是可以適用這個兩公約，不但是行政機關、法院可以適用，人民也可以適用。」
